Full-service wedding planning is for the couple who want a professional overseeing every aspect of their wedding day. From finding a venue, to designing the event, to executing the complete wedding day, Sampaguita Lane will guide you through the planning process with the highest level of personalized service. We’re here to hold your hand through your entire engagement, deal with any unforeseen hiccups, and make sure your day is as seamless and stress-free as possible.

For the couple who wants something a little smaller. Services are similar to the full-service package, with slightly fewer vendors and details to confirm. You’ll get the same high level of service and the same guidance. We’ll be there from start to finish. Smaller affairs are just as magical as traditional weddings. Let us help you make your day just as memorable.

wedding facilitation

We’ll gather every detail of your wedding and put all the pieces together to perfectly execute your dream wedding. If there are any last-minute vendors needed, we’ll help you find them. We’ll build your minute-by-minute wedding day timeline, round up all the vendors to confirm their roles and responsibilities, finalize floor plans and seating charts, and be there on-site to manage the entire wedding day, from setup to tear down.

Only contracted up to 4 months prior to your wedding date. Bookings for this service are on a case-by-case basis only.

  • Each wedding is different and requires a different budget to execute. While I do not have a hard line on budget numbers - as I believe anyone can get married at any price point - for a full wedding design with all the vendors, bells and whistles, a good estimate is about $1,000 per guest.

  • My pricing is based on 20% of your overall wedding budget with a $12,000 minimum on full wedding services. This ensures you’re getting the highest level of service and that I am able to dedicate my planning process to each individual couple.

  • This is a yes and no. I do offer discounts on pricing if you’ve already locked in your venue and/or other vendors, I do not have a stand alone partial planning package or hybrid services. I only take on a select number of clients per year so each couple gets high end service throughout their planning journey. Because of this, my pricing structure is set at a higher price point in order to accommodate.
